I'm available to discuss speaking, as well as consulting and advisory opportunities. My areas of expertise are:

• Program management: In addition to maintaining and managing the Kubernetes documentation across 15+ versions and languages, I've rebooted the CHAOSS Asia chapter through tailored and cross-functional initiatives. At SUSE, I am responsible for our community & education programs, including the Rancher Academy (> 25000 signups) and the Rancher Roundup Newsletter.
• Developer relations: As a member of the premier AWS Community Builder cohort, an emeritus CNCF ambassador, and a former advisor to Avesha, I bring extensive experience in technical community building, advocacy, and developer experience.
• Marketing strategy: With former experience as a digital marketer at Experience Commerce, where I worked with major brands such as Legrand and Britannia, and as a Principal Tech Advocate at SUSE, working on top-of-the-funnel and middle-of-the-funnel marketing for our open source projects, I've delivered programs tailored to user personas through the development and execution of outreach, evangelism, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Technical documentation strategy: I have worked with CERN to revamp the documentation for Rucio, a data management system powering the LHC. As a former technical writer with SUSE and a documentation maintainer of the Kubernetes project, I've worked on the overhaul and day-to-day maintenance of project documentation.
• Public speaking: I love public speaking and have delivered sessions at various local and international conferences and on podcasts about technical and non-technical topics. For ease of reference, I've compiled a nifty YouTube playlist.
